Recipe: Curiously Tasty Omelet

Curiously Tasty Omelet

2 free-range XL eggs
1 tablespoon of milk
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
dash of garlic powder
shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Using a whisk, blend the eggs, cayenne & red pepper, garlic powder, salt & pepper, milk and a pinch of shredded cheese. Coat a frying pan w/ cooking spray and cook on med-low heat. Flip when the center of the omelet is almost firm (if you’re worried about it breaking, you can push the outsides of the eggs towards the center as they cook, pushing the uncooked eggs to the edge to firm). Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheese on one half of the omelet and then fold over. I’m addicted to cheese, so I put it on top too.

Note: Finely diced ham, bacon or sausage is a wonderful addition to this omelet.

  1. Hello,

I have been playing WoW for some crazy reason decided to start a game blog. I am a newb with game blogging but I thought I would say hello to other bloggers in the community.

I read your blog because I liked the idea of cooking game recipes in real life. And yes, I still wonder about Curiously Tasty Omelet. BTW, your recipe does not have enough cheese or garlic.

I am semi-regularly updating on Mon, Wed, and Fri and the first article went up yesterday called Getting Geared Up with another tomorrow called Karazhan Animals. If you have time I would appreciate anything you have to say.
