I’m definitely going. Already got my plane tickets and hotel reservations, as a matter of fact. I’ve not been to a convention this year because of poor health, but regularly hit GenCon and Origins in year’s past. I’ve also never been to California, so that’ll be fun too, I think. I might try to hit LegoLand! I’m overly excited, I think. *grin*

Travel time wouldn’t be too awful for me since I live in Las Vegas. But I really wish they would make a one day ticket for say $40 to $55. Blizzard can keep their murloc in game costume and I’ll pay for the cheaper ticket. $100 for two day? I like this game but I don’t know if the show can keep my attention for that long, it ain’t San Diego Comic Con.

I am not going. I’m too cheap to fly myself out there. Plus, what would the wife say? She wouldn’t want to go, and vacation time is scarce.

I’d rather go to Mexico when the Texas winter rolls in.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with last year’s BlizzCon. Granted, my ticket was free, so I didn’t have much to complain about, but still…the only way I would consider plopping down $100 is if they give away an in-game pet (must feed my addiction). And even then, it’d be hard to justify.

The only other reason I would consider paying up is to meet up with a few of my guildmates who also reside in here in Southern California. But we could always do that outside of BlizzCon, though it gives us an easy excuse to get together.
